When speed is everything, we’re ready to act

Sometimes, a situation from nowhere will throw your fundraising plans out of the window. An urgent situation affecting hundreds of charities will leave organisations scrambling to react first. Are you ready to act? We can help get your message into the world ahead of the noise.

We have a bank of template assets and styles ready to go, for any charity sector. A brief period for you to review them, feedback, and receive a customised version is all that’s needed – when it comes to emergency fundraising, we’ll work with you as quickly as we can to nail the creative.

Once the design is agreed, our Client Services team will work with you to coordinate the whole effort. Having a dedicated         in-house Print Production Manager and roster of six suppliers means we can print and dispatch cost-effectively, securing the most competitive print prices available. Jobs are turned around and on doormats, quickly.

Here’s how we recently mailed out an urgent appeal within 7 working days of the artwork and data going to print:

Emergency COVID-19 Appeal:
Crohn’s & Colitis UK (2020)

The COVID-19 outbreak had a huge impact on Crohn’s & Colitis UK’s services, which are relied on by thousands of people all over the country.

We put together a to-the-point appeal focussing on the expert guidance and emotional support the charity offers, and the record demand it was facing (with the NHS referring people daily, calls to the Crohn’s and Colitis UK helpline had risen by 400% and visits to the website have increased by 600%).

The appeal was for warm supporters who are part of the Crohn’s & Colitis UK community – thanking those who have already donated and asking for a gift in these unprecedented times. Our in-house Insight Team acted fast, pulling together a segmentation and targeting plan and adapting a recent mailing file with a simple, effective static 3 ask structure.
